I'm 47 years old.
As I've mentioned before, my Coach has me doing workouts that I've never done before. Each one is harder than the previous one when you throw in factors like....muscle exhaustion.
For the past few weeks, I've been doing recovery work, wearing compression under my clothes (thank goodness it's been really cold).
Then, JMan showed me this video. I'm not including the entire 3 minute video just the vine.
The video made me laugh so hard.
I do the swim test of 20 x 100's.
